These Terms of Service govern your use of thelegacydesign.com and any design, development, or related services purchased through it. By purchasing a package, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

The services.

We sell fixed-scope design and development packages, published on this site with their prices, what's included, and payment terms. Package prices, inclusions, and turnaround estimates are as described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase. Prices may change over time, but a confirmed order is honored at the price and scope agreed at checkout. Custom or out-of-scope work is agreed separately, in writing, before it begins.

Ordering and payment.

• Fixed-price tiers are charged in full at checkout.
• Tiers marked "50% deposit" charge half the package price at checkout to book the work; the balance is invoiced when the deliverable is complete and is due before final files or site access are handed over.
• Monthly services (Website Care Plans, the Local SEO Retainer) charge the first payment at checkout and bill automatically thereafter until cancelled.
• Sales tax is calculated and charged separately at checkout as shown in your cart.

Scope and revisions.

Each package states what's included and, where relevant, how many structured design-review rounds are covered. Work outside a package's stated scope — additional pages, additional products, additional revision rounds beyond what's included — is scoped and priced separately before it begins.

Timelines.

Turnaround ranges stated on service pages and at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timelines depend substantially on you supplying content and feedback on the schedule set at kickoff; delays on your side extend the estimated range accordingly.

Your content.

You represent that you own, or have the right to use, any content (text, images, logos, product information) you supply to us for a project, and you grant us the right to use it solely to deliver the purchased service. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide.

Ownership and intellectual property.

Design files, source code, and other deliverables created for your project remain our property until the applicable balance is paid in full. Once full payment is received, ownership of the final, delivered work product transfers to you, with the exception of any third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, or platforms) licensed rather than owned outright, which remain subject to their own license terms. We retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and refunds.

Website Care Plans.

Care Plans and the Local SEO Retainer are month-to-month subscriptions. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice to support@thelegacydesign.com. No refund is issued for the current paid period; service continues through the end of the notice period.

Disclaimer of warranties.

This site and the services described on it are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (search rankings, sales volume, lead volume, or similar results) from any service, including SEO and marketing-related services, and no such guarantee should be inferred from anything on this site.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, thelegacydesign's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services provided is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-party links and services.

This site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (such as analytics or payment processing). We're not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Termination.

We may decline or discontinue service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in abusive or unlawful conduct, without affecting fees already earned for work completed.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
