What actually happens if I don’t have a care plan?
Nothing, immediately. Over time: plugins and platforms fall out of date, security patches don’t get applied, and small fixes pile up because nobody owns them.
What counts as a “small ongoing request”?
Text and image updates, small layout tweaks, adding a page, swapping a promotion. Each tier has a defined amount of request capacity per month; larger work is scoped and priced separately.
Do I have to have built my site with you to get a care plan?
No. We can take over maintenance of a site built elsewhere after a short technical review to confirm we can support the platform it’s built on.
What’s the difference between Essential, Growth, and Priority?
Response time and monthly request capacity scale up at each tier. All three include the same core: hosting, updates, and security monitoring.
